As a result of a query to the Santa Clara City Library from the Archivist of Lisse, Netherlands, Jim Riley, one of the Library's volunteer Genealogy Consultants, got involved in a project to locate the living family of Donald Reilly, a Santa Clara man killed in World War II.  Hear the fascinating story of this research and how it led to Jim Riley's participation in a moving memorial service in Holland to honor Donald Reilly and other crew members of a B17 Bomber shot down in The Netherlands during the war.  This story also resulted in two feature articles in The Santa Clara Weekly.

This free program is sponsored by the Santa Clara County Historical & Genealogical Society.
