Loving Adolescence: Staying Close and Staying Hopeful
Adolescent life in our society is far from easy. We may wonder why our teens act so distant, seem so moody, and have trouble concentrating on the tasks before them. But we don't have to let them stay at such a distance from us. Our teens' brains are undergoing enormous changes and our relationship with them during this period is vital. Our attitude toward them- spoken and unspoken- can still make our break their day.
Come and learn how to build more trust and closeness into your relationship with your teen(s) and how to get emotional support for yourself and your teen during this formative time.
