On the day after President's Day, Reese Foster, a former partner in the investment advisory firm of Sand Hill Advisors in Menlo Park and a Stanford graduate in American History, will present a program on the libraries and museums of the United States Presidents.  Illustrated with numerous photographs, this introductory presentation will cover the background of our Presidential Libraries--how they came into existence and their connection to the National Archives and Records Administration.
