At the Santa Clara Library, we offer over the following number of computers for use by the public.

Adult patrons get 2 hours of computer use per day. Adult computers outside of the Technology Center also get 2 additional 30 minutes sessions if there are available computers. These 30 minutes sessions need to be used at the time when the system provides the additional time, so patrons cannot log off and come back. Teen patrons (13-17 years old) get 2 hours of computer use per day. Youth patrons (up to 12 years old) get 90 minutes per day.
Black and white and Color printing are both available at the Central Park Library. The cost for printing B&W is 14¢; color printing is 35¢. You will need a Pinnacle vend card. Printers, change machines and vend cards are located in the copy rooms on each floor. For more specific steps and locations of printers click here Public Computer Printing
A BookScan Station is located across from the Technology Center. Patrons do not need to login. You can email or save your scanned documents to your usb flash drive. Scanning is free. Two additional scanning stations are located on the 2nd floor by the elevators. Patrons need to login with their library card; they get a separate 60 minutes session, and need to bring a usb flash drive to save their file(s). One of the stations with a scanner is a Creation Station. It has access to Adobe Photoshop Elements 11, Premiere Elements 11 and Adobe Acrobat for editing or creating pdf documents.
