Get information about programs that the
Library offers grades 7-12 throughout the year:

Anime Programs (Monthly): No Name Anime presents Japanese animated films every second Saturday of the month. Check their website for more information on No Name Anime's webpage.  For ages 13 and up (check their schedule for list of movies and ratings). No registration required.

Kaplan Test Prep Programs (All Year Round): Practice SAT, ACT and PSAT exams and college preparatory programs presented by Kaplan Test Prep for grades 9-12 are given throughout the year. Check the Teen Events page for specific dates. Register at the Youth Services Desk.

Teen Tech Week (March): Programs presented to highlight the many types of technology available at libraries, including DVDs, music, gaming, video production, online homework help, social networking, tech workshops, audiobooks, ebooks, online magazine, and more. For grades 7-12. Register at the Youth Services Desk.

TeenRead Summer Programs (June-July): TeenRead is a summer reading program for grades 7-12. Teens register at the beginning of the summer and read five or more books through August to earn a certificate and prize. Registration available online.

Several fun, creative and interesting programs are also planned throughout the summer for teens. Previous programs have included Jeopardy Challenge game, scavenger hunts, Movie and Pizza Nights, Endurance Challenges and Wii Games.  Register at the Youth Services Desk.

Teen Read Week (October): Programs presented to encourage teens to read just for the fun of it. Past programs have included art and writing contests. For grades 7-12.
