| Thank you for your interest in employment at the Santa Clara City Library. The entry-level position at this library is the Library Page. Pages are responsible for checking in and returning materials to the shelves. Library Pages must be able to lift as much as forty pounds, bend, stoop, reach, and walk up and down stairs. Pages work a flexible schedule, which includes evenings and weekends. You must be at least sixteen years old and have completed tenth grade to apply for this position; successful applicants who are under eighteen years of age will be required to provide a work permit. Pages who are assigned to areas other than Circulation may have different duties.
